AABBAV Annual Meeting 2025
The annual AABBAV meeting aims to bring together Brazilian academics active in Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as other and other academics working with Brazilian partners or on Brazilian-related topics in these countries, for social and professional networking. The goal is to increase community awareness and integration, and to discuss issues relevant to this community, including scientific research, funding, social and professional integration, collaboration, outreach activities, and strengthening of academic ties between Brazil and Belgium.

*Each working group will present their conclusions at the end: problems, solutions, timeplan, actions (5min presentation + 5min feedback per group).
Dinner: Dinner will take place at Brasil Grill Churrascaria Bar (metro Horta, Saint-Gilles).
ATTENTION: Only those who registered/paid for the reservation will be allowed into the dinner. Talk with Luis Rocha in case of inquiries and last minute arrangements.

The annual meeting is free and open to Brazilian and Belgian academics active in Belgium and Luxembourg. Places are limited.
Deadline: October 8, 2025.
Attention: The dinner is not included in the registration.
